Terms of Use

A marketing page for a product that is not yet generally available. Everything described on it reflects what we are building and intend to ship, and the detail will keep evolving as founding members tell us what matters most.

Claiming a slot registers your interest. It is free, requires no card, and does not create an account or a subscription. It is not a purchase and not a reservation you have paid for. We will contact you when access opens for you.

Founding slots are limited and allocated in the order they are claimed. We may decline or withdraw a slot, for example where a submission is not genuine, is a duplicate, or where we cannot sensibly serve that use case. If we withdraw a slot we will tell you.

Where we describe founding pricing as held below launch pricing, that applies for as long as the subscription started under it remains continuously active. If it lapses or is cancelled, the founding rate goes with it.

Booking a demo asks us to get in touch to arrange one. It does not confirm a time by itself. We will reply to agree one with you.

Give us accurate details, and only submit an email address you are entitled to use. Do not submit anyone else's personal data through these forms. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it, and do not submit automated or bulk entries.

You keep ownership of what you write in the forms. You give us permission to use your answers internally to decide what to build and how to price it. If we ever want to quote you publicly, we will ask first.

The Gosalify name, logo, copy and design on this site belong to us. You may link to the site. Do not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our branding in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

We may update, improve or withdraw any part of this site, including the founding offer. Where a change affects a slot you have already claimed, we will tell you.

To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of this site, or from a founding slot or demo not proceeding, is limited to direct loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

What we do with the details you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms as the product moves toward launch, and will change the date at the top when we do. For any question about them, contact us through the form on gosalify.com.
