When you claim a founding slot we collect your name, work email, company name and role, plus your answers to the optional questions: the industry you sell into, your team size, what you currently spend on pipeline generation, what you would expect this to cost, how you find prospects today, and what you describe as the most painful part of your outbound.

When you book a demo we collect your name, work email and what you want to discuss. Both forms record the date you submitted them. Neither form asks for payment details, and we never ask for a card at this stage.

To contact you about the founding slot or demo you asked for, and to decide what to build and what to charge. The pricing and priority questions are optional and exist only to shape the product. Answering them is not a condition of getting a slot.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to someone who asked us to get in touch.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site, and there is no analytics pixel or third-party tracker on the page. We do not enrich, scrape or buy additional data about you from anywhere else.

Submissions are stored securely, and access is limited to the people at Gosalify who need it to reply to you. Where we rely on service providers to operate the site and hold submissions, they act only on our instructions and do not use your details for their own purposes.

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear the conversation has ended and the record is no longer useful, whichever comes first. If you tell us you are not interested, we delete your record rather than keep it for a future campaign.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent at any time. We will action deletion requests within 30 days and will not ask you to justify the request.

If you are in the UK or EU and think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your local data protection authority. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.

For anything in this policy, including access and deletion requests, contact us through the form on gosalify.com and mark it for the attention of privacy. We will confirm receipt.

When we launch properly and start processing customer data, this policy will be replaced with a fuller one covering the product itself. This version covers the marketing site only. We will update the date at the top whenever it changes.
